East County Veterans is a place you will want to check out on your return home from deployment, active duty, or on leave. This group creates a community of military veterans and active duty members returning from the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. We get together in the East Bay to run, wheel, and walk every week, usually early Sunday mornings. All abilities and handicaps welcome! We figure out ways for everyone to participate.
